Hosted a proper open house. (Mega Open House)

Received an offer on first day of open house!

It was listed by another agent before but wasn't able to get any acceptable offers.


Then Lawrence met a new buyer on the Saturday open house.

He showed them only 3 homes in the same day... after 4pm.

3rd home's the charm! They put an offer Tuesday & got accepted on Wednesday.
